A recent storm caused a tree limb to break free and crack my vinyl window. I received a couple of quotes for window replacement which were very high. I had used CGM before, but it had been a while. I wasn't sure if they repaired glass in vinyl windows, but they do! Thank goodness because it ended up being half the cost of replacement and the repaired window looks flawless. From the beginning to end the entire transaction was smooth & efficient. Everyone who I came into contact there were friendly. It only took them a day and a half to repair. Can't say enough. Simply outstanding!

Over the past several months, I have had Charlottesville Glass & Mirror take care of a couple of things at our home. The first being cutting glass tops for some new tables and more recently, doing some repairs on several different windows. Everyone that I have had any interaction with has been very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. They have arrived as scheduled, been respectful of our home, and have been very easy to work with. The quality of their work has been outstanding. We had three half round transom windows on the second level of our house that needed to be replaced. The crew from Cville Glass & Mirror (unfortunately we don't the recall the names of the three gentlemen who did the installation) did a superb job! They were professional, efficient, polite, and very careful of the areas surrounding the windows (including our landscaping). Highly recommend! This is the second time we have used this company and will use again.
